The Chairman of Islamic Courts in Mogadishu Sheik Sharif Sheik
Ahmed vowed keeping training and arming young Islamists to
defend religion.
Sheik Sharif stated during a speech at Sii Sii area at north
eastern Mogadishu Yaqshid neighborhood that every young man in
Somalia will be trained for defense.
“We will give everyone his rights as Islam, all women and men
will participate the ongoing cleanliness efforts in Mogadishu
but any one that can bear a gun will be trained for defeating
enemies of Allah” sheik Sharif said.
“Unity must be the target of young Islamic men in the country
and that is what we always devote life” sheik sharif said
adding that every young man must take gun to defeat the
country from what he called the Enemies of Allah.
“The community of Somalia has passed from Clan era to Islamic
era so, are you taking the ideology with us” sheik Sharif
asked the gathering at Sii Sii neighborhood.
The gathering shouted yes! Alahu Akbar.
“The young men will be given proper military training to
defeat the Relegion and country, while the rest of the
community will cooperate for reconstruction” sheik Sharif
said.
He
also called people to make the country clean in order to live
healthier.
